DOGS
Dogs can use Lazy Lawns’ artificial lawn and other turf supplies as a toilet and it will not affect the lawn, as it simply washes off. Disinfectant can be used on our lawns without affecting them – so no ugly brown patches! Due to the terrible taste of our lawns, it is unlikely that a dog will chew them, although there are some mad dogs that will chew anything!
DRAINAGE
A common misconception is that synthetic grass is similar to household carpet. In fact using turf with holes in the back, and by filling the grass with sand absorbs water which eventually drains through the holes to the sub base system. Some water will run off the top under heavy rains, much as it does with natural grass. Lazy Lawns’ artificial lawn will generally drain even more quickly than natural grass.
KIDS
Lazy Lawns’ artificial lawns are ideal for kids. They are free from allergies.
